Cancellation window
Custom orders can be cancelled with a full refund of the advance within 24 hours of confirmation, before fabric cutting begins.
After production starts
Once cutting and framing begin, the advance covers materials already committed to your piece and is non-refundable.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
