How your piece is built
01 · Measure & design
Your dimensions, seat depth and fabric are locked in a drawing before any cutting starts.
02 · Frame
Kiln-treated hardwood and engineered ply frames are jointed, screwed and stress-tested.
03 · Suspension & foam
Webbing or serpentine springs, then HR foam layered with fibre for the seat feel you chose.
04 · Upholstery
Patterns are cut and stitched in-house from our 300+ fabric library.
05 · Quality & dispatch
Every piece is inspected, wrapped and delivered to your room within 15 working days.
